報告的程序和方法 保安人員在提供保安服務過程中，要根據(jù)工作中的實際情況，適時地向保安公司和服務單位領導進行報告。報告要以具體的事實、情況和確切的數(shù)據(jù)作為匯報的主要內(nèi)容。

二、報警的程序和方法 報警是在公民危難、緊急情況下向公安機關報告或發(fā)出緊急信號的行為，保安員作為安全防范工作者，必須掌握報警的范圍、程序、方法和要領，在危難和緊急情況下才能及時、準確地報警。
